Flexible working
Put simply, taking a flexible approach to work is good for everyone. By helping you get the balance right at home, we can expect the best from you at work.
We will help you find the hours that work best for you, and for our business. If your circumstances change, we may be able to help you vary your normal working pattern. Of course, this is easier in some parts of the business than others and we’ll always do our best to listen and respond positively.

If you have child care responsibilities for children aged 4 - 15 (or up to 18 for those with disabilities) we can contribute 60% of the cost for each child to attend a holiday play scheme while you work.
