A fascinating blend of experience and achievement. You’ll be part of the whole process of civil engineering - from conception, through funding and design, to delivery and evaluation. As you develop you could find yourself on site, planning new roads, discussing performance with contractors, or inspecting bridges using drone technology. Along the way, you’ll work towards achieving chartership or incorporated status with the Institution of Civil Engineering (ICE).
Become a high performing project professional. Your experienced mentor will provide insight, perspectives and challenge you, helping you to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours you need to succeed. We’ll measure your ability against the International Project Management Association (IPMA) standards - so that you can become world class with us.
This is a chance to make your mark as you develop our provision of expert commercial advice and support to internal clients. You'll work closely with commercial teams to enhance our commercial capability within the directorate and the wider business, whilst improving the accuracy and consistency of reported data. As well as working towards Chartered Surveyor Status, you will oversee the financial and commercial governance of contracts and manage contractual disputes with suppliers.
Applications for the Graduates Programme are now open. The closing date is 22nd January 2018, but please be aware that this campaign may close earlier than this date.
